Alteplase promotes plasmin generation and fibrin breakdown. The simulator illustrates partial clot reperfusion, with mild infarct recovery or modest PE unloading.

What to monitor in the reference: Bleeding, neurologic status, perfusion, ECG and reperfusion response. Bleeding and treatment failure are not simulated.
