Overview
Select any or all available signals, each with a distinct overlay colour and a matching legend. The overlay uses the same waveform sources and clock as the individual panels, including rhythm, respiration, interventions, IABP and mechanical support. Pause and sweep duration follow the main simulator controls.
Common Pressure Scale is the default. Independent Scale fits each signal separately to show morphology. Common Pressure Scale gives every pressure trace the same mmHg scale and zero; non-pressure signals are explicitly normalized. Only the common pressure view preserves vertical pressure differences.
Hover or tap the plot to see simultaneous readings in its legend. When paused, point near a trace for its segment explanation below the graph; the nearest selected trace is identified. Arrow keys move the cursor when focused. Readings use the existing display rounding; calculations retain full precision.
Ao is the unassisted aortic reference. Ao+ becomes available with IABP. Peripheral ART keeps its transit delay and amplification. PAWP remains the wedge/LA proxy; no separate direct LA trace is added. Resp shows relative respiratory excursion, not measured intrathoracic pressure.
PCG adds a compact cardiophonogram lane below the pressure tracings. Hover or touch a sound burst for its explanation. Beat and Avg pressure readouts distinguish the latest complete cycle from the reference average.
All traces selects every currently available signal; IABP adds Ao+ and balloon pressure. Clear All removes the comparison signals. Collapse the panel to return to the compact monitor. On mobile, the selector wraps and a tap leaves the cursor readings visible without blocking vertical scrolling.
Choose Selected Valve Disease in Gradient to add the required traces and shade all selected lesions in their flow phases. Mixed lesions appear together: aortic stenosis plus regurgitation shades LV→Ao in systole and Ao→LV in diastole; aortic stenosis plus mitral regurgitation also shades LV→PAWP in systole. MR shading follows the displayed LV and delayed PAWP curves during systole, only where LV pressure exceeds PAWP. The wedge trace is not shifted. Individual valve bands and full-cycle comparisons are available. Hover or tap for the difference. PAWP retains its recording delay; this is illustrative, not a measured valve gradient or severity grade.
