Overview
Enable Catheter pullback in Studies, then choose LV/Ao or PA/RV. Record pullback shows a sequential withdrawal on one pressure scale. Pause to hover or touch a segment for its explanation.
LV/Ao shows LV filling and outflow pressures. Its optional PVC response and Carabello femoral comparison remain specific to the relevant left-sided disease.
PA/RV withdraws from pulmonary artery to right ventricle. Pulmonic stenosis produces a higher RV systolic pressure. Without pulmonary-valve or outflow obstruction, systolic pressures are similar even when pulmonary hypertension raises both; the diastolic contour identifies the chamber change.
Pulmonic regurgitation changes PA diastolic runoff. RV filling pressure, flow, respiratory variation, ventilation and interventions retain the current model state. A sequential peak difference is not a simultaneous instantaneous or Doppler gradient; compare beats in the same respiratory phase.
